Mater Private Hospital Redland is a national leader in patient satisfaction. Results from a recent national patient survey put Mater's Redland facility at the top in two key specialty areas.
Of the 54 private hospitals surveyed, Redland is the national leader for patient satisfaction in the surgical area and is also setting the benchmark across both insured and non-insured sectors for orthopaedics. The second-highest ranked facility in orthopaedics is Mater Private Hospital Brisbane.
Mr Don Murray, Executive Director of the two private hospitals said the result was a testament to the way Mater aims to treat patients and augers well for service improvements across the board.
“This is an exceptional outcome which really highlights the quality of Mater staff and their commitment to care. The organisation as a whole will build on this fantastic result,” Mr Murray said.
