Cancellation Policy for GP Education Activities

Effective from 1 July 2005 a cancellation policy has been introduced due to the costs associated with non-attendance at Mater education activities

Cancellations must be communicated (either in writing, email, fax or by phone) to Mater Marketing Department, 24 hours prior to an event to avoid a fee. GPs who do not cancel within the required time-frame, or who fail to attend an event without notice, will be sent a letter with an invoice requesting payment. The cancellation fee will vary according to the costs associated with the activity and will be displayed on the confirmation fax for all attendees.

For further information or a copy of the policy please contact Lisa Dibbs on +61 7 3163 1975 or email lisa.dibbs@mater.org.au
