In response to this, Marketing and Human Resource Services have undertaken various recruitment strategies, one of which was the creation of a new recruitment oriented website, which launched in late March.
Originally focussed on the celebrations of Mater’s Centenary, the Exceptional Web site now lists current vacancies, the benefits of working at Mater, recent news and a collection of various other resources for prospective employees.
The site’s design is more contemporary and the web development team have made significant improvements over the old employment application in the areas of usability and accessibility.
The Exceptional site represents the beginnings of a process to improve Mater’s online presence, which will culminate with the launch of a new-look Mater Online and main Mater Web site.
