The mixed-use precinct will open in stages. Its health care facilities will include a 24-hour general practice, specialist suites, pathology, X-ray, conference facilities and pharmacy.
Bayside Business Park is located directly opposite Mater Private Hospital Redland and Redland Public Hospital on Weippin Street, Cleveland.
It features commercial offices, retail space, medical suites, industrial and service industry facilities, and a proposed childcare centre.

In line with Mater Health Services’ South Brisbane campus, the hospital now has a 07 3163 prefix on all of its numbers.
The change took place on Monday 10 August, however to assist in the transition existing numbers will continue to work for the next 12 months.
If you are unsure about a number, please contact the hospital’s main reception on 07 3163 7444 and they will refer you to the requested department or person. A full list of the new numbers will be available soon.
Please update your contacts as required. Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this time.
In 2008, it was identified that there were significant mobile coverage issues in Mater Adult Hospital.
To rectify the problem, Optus recently installed additional transmitters on the Mater campus, which should ensure good 2G mobile coverage on all floors of Mater Adult Hospital.
Additional 3G coverage will still take some time as Optus is undertaking further work on their 3G network.
If you have any Optus mobile coverage issues on campus at South Brisbane or Mater Private Hospital Redland, please contact Director IT Services, Peter Nomikos on 07 3163 8117 or email peter.nomikos@mater.org.au so that Mater can work with Optus to improve the situation. Thank you for your support.
July 2009 was a record month for Mater Private Hospital Brisbane with 1823 procedures undertaken in the facility’s procedural suites.
Executive Director Mater Private Hospital Brisbane and Redland, Don Murray said the number was an impressive achievement and an unquestionable reflection of the true commitment to Mater’s Mission of patient care.
“This sort of patient volume can only be achieved through hard work,” Mr Murray said.
“I’d like to convey my thanks on behalf of the Mater Private Hospital Executive to all staff and VMOs concerned for committing so much energy and enthusiasm in providing our patients with exceptional care,” he continued.
“Congratulations and thank you to all concerned.”
