Dr Peter Hadjipetrou is a Director of Queensland Cardiovascular Group and Member of St Andrew’s Medical Institute, with special interest in interventional cardiovascular and peripheral vascular procedures, including Coronary Angioplasty and Stenting, Peripheral Vascular Stenting, Aortic Aneurysm Stenting, Valvuloplasty, Patent Foramen Ovale and Atrial Septal Defect Closure.
Dr Hadjipetrou is a Graduate of the University of Queensland in Medicine and holds a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians in Cardiology. Following obtaining his postgraduates, Dr Hadjipetrou underwent a two year clinical/research fellowship in Coronary Intervention at the Leahy Clinic in Boston.
Dr Hadjipetrou is currently a Consultant Cardiologist at the Royal Brisbane Hospital and Visiting medical Officer at Mater Private Hospital.
