Dr Michael Wynn-Williams settled in Brisbane in 2006, taking up a gynaecology position at Mater in the same year. His expertise lies in advanced laparoscopic gynaecology, endometriosis, pelvic floor disorders, menstrual disorders and education in laproscopic gynaecology.
Dr Wynn-Williams completed his studies in New Zealand before undertaking a two-year fellowship with associate professor Alan Lam in Sydney, sub-specialising in laparoscopic gynaecology. His third year as Fellow was spent in Glasgow, Scotland, after which he accepted a gynaecology consultant post at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge, United Kingdom.
He currently provides services in gynaecology clinics for non-insured patients including Mater Adult Hospital , Gold Coast Hospital and QEII Hospital, along with providing private health care through Eve Gynaecology located on Grey Street South Brisbane.
