Biography

Dr John Scott is an Orthopaedic Surgeon whose particular area of interest is upper limb.

Dr Scott’s primary medical degree is from Cambridge University, England, and his orthopaedic training was undertaken in New Zealand, and then completed by an Upper Limb Fellowship at the PA Hospital in Brisbane in 2001.

Dr Scott also works at Mater Children’s Hospital specialising electively in paediatric upper limb problems. Dr Scott has a particular interest in upper limb surgery for cerebral palsy.

Dr Scott consults every Monday afternoon at Mater Private Hospital Redland and undertakes all necessary surgical procedures on local patients at the hospital.
