Biography

Dr Glenn Rice-McDonald is a Respiratory and Sleep Medicine specialist who also has qualifications in clinical epidemiology.

His main areas of interest and expertise are the evaluation and treatment of general respiratory complaints including obstructive and interstitial lung diseases and malignancies arising in, or metastatic to, the respiratory system. Dr Rice McDonald’s interests also include immunocompromised patients and sleep disorders, clinical practice and respiratory research.

Dr Rice McDonald’s current appointment is at Mater Private Hospital Brisbane and Mater Private Hospital Redland and he also works as a Member and Chairman of the Medical Assessment Tribunal, evaluating complicated work place respiratory cases.
