Biography

Dr Lily Vrtik graduated from the School of Medicine at the University of Western Australia and commenced the earlier postgraduate years of her surgical training in Perth.

Following this, Dr Vrtik spent a 12 month clinical attachment abroad at the world-renowned Chang-Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan studying microsurgery, burns and trauma reconstructive surgery. Her final two years of training were completed in Brisbane.

Dr Vrtik has recently commenced private practice on Wickham Terrace, Spring Hill and operates from Mater Private Hospital Brisbane in addition to a range of public and private hospitals.

Apart from general plastic surgery, her special clinical interests include hand surgery and breast surgery, as well as post-traumatic and oncological reconstructive surgery.
