Additional capacity for public gynaecology patients

Mater’s gynaecology outpatient clinic currently has capacity to see additional public patients. The clinic sees both adult and adolescent patients.

Scope of services

Adult:

  • General gynaecology
  • Colposcopy
  • Urogynaecology
  • Adolescent gynaecology
  • Fertility assessment
  • Advanced endoscopic surgery

Adolescent:

  • Concerns of sexual development
  • Menorrhagia, mentrual irregularities, period pain
  • Gynaecological disorders including PCOS or endometriosis


Waiting lists

There are currently no waiting lists for patients to be seen in categories 1, 2 and 3 providing excellent access for public gynaecology patients.


How to refer

There is no referral catchment for the Mater gynaecology clinic and patients can be referred using the Mater outpatient referral form template. This is available to download into your practice management software via materonline.org.au.
