Biography

Dr Alexa Bendall is a warm and passionate obstetrician and maternal fetal medicine specialist (MFM) who is dedicated to caring for women with low risk as well as high-risk, complex and twin pregnancies. She prides herself on providing the highest quality of care and support, each time patients visit, and will always communicate with patients in an open and caring manner. She is dedicated to helping patients stay calm and informed throughout their pregnancy, delivery and post-natal recovery.

As a mother herself, she understands what it's like to go through the highs and challenges on the journey to motherhood, and with her maternal nature, she integrates her experiences and expectations for care into her daily practice at Maiden Health.

She provides tertiary level pregnancy ultrasound, including routine Nuchal Translucency and Morphology scans at Maiden Health, and monitors the health and development of babies from early pregnancy to full term.
