Orthopaedic - Lower Limb

Dr Johnstone is dedicated to offering his patients with the latest in digital surgery by using J&J’s VELYS orthopaedic surgical robot for Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA). Robotic-assisted procedures are generally less invasive and allow high surgical precision, which can mean faster recovery and fewer complications for patients.

Dr Johnstone has advanced training and experience in primary and revision hip and knee replacement surgery, knee arthroscopic surgery, ligament reconstructive surgery, and lower limb/ankle trauma and reconstructive surgery. Dr Johnstone is experienced in providing medico-legal assessment and reporting.

Dr Johnstone has advanced training and experience in shoulder surgery including both open and arthroscopic procedures. Dr Johnstone is experienced in providing medico-legal assessment and reporting.
