Mater welcomes Daniele Doyle to a newly-formed executive team which follows the announcement of a decision to unite Mater's health services in South East Queensland, Central Queensland and North Queensland under a single unified board of governance.
As Mater Health Executive Director, Ms Doyle will oversee Mater hospitals and health services throughout Queensland.
With extensive experience in the healthcare sector, Ms Doyle said her move to Mater was personally significant.
“I’ve come to Mater ultimately because of its values and what it stands for in our community. For me, it’s the rich history and the tradition of the Sisters of Mercy that make Mater a special place for our patients, as well as our staff,” she said.
“I’m very committed to supporting our people through what is a major transformation and it’s my job to listen and support what our health staff are going through and make sure they have the clear vision needed to achieve success.”
Ms Doyle was most recently Chief Executive Officer of St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside and St Vincent’s Private Hospital Brisbane.
