Secure electronic reports and correspondence available from Mater Outpatient clinics

Do you wish to receive clinic summaries and correspondence free, fast, securely and directly to your practice management software?

You can, with ARGUS.

In an initiative to reduce the time between patients' attendances for Outpatient Specialist Clinic appointments and communication of information to those caring for them in the community, Mater has partnered with OzeScribe medical transcription services and ARGUS to provide easy, free secure electronic transfer of our clinic correspondence.

To register to receive secure electronic outpatient letters from Mater Outpatient Clinics, simply follow the instructions below.

These instructions are also available in a printable PDF to download, along with further information about this initiative.

Instructions for all clinical software types:

  • Go to www.argusconnect.com.au and click on "New to Argus" on the right hand side of the webpage
  • Follow the prompts to enter in all of the required information, including Provider numbers
  • In the payment section, enter DOOZESCRIBE as the promotion code—this will ensure the service is free of charge
  • You will then receive and email from Argus. Follow the instructions and phont Argus to complete the installation
  • It will take approximately two weeks for secure messagin to become available on your clinical software
  • ARGUS enquiries and support telephone: 03 9037 1000 (Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm)

TIP: In group practices it is far easier to register all providers at the one time.
