Mater at Home

The Mater at Home team provides home and community-based Allied Health and Nursing services to both adult and adolescent patients.

The service is flexible and provides a rapid response to residents that live within a 40 km radius from the South Brisbane campus. Please refer to the table below for an outline of services provided.

Patient referrals are triaged according to prioritisation guidelines, and are booked for appointments accordingly. If you have any questions, or for more information, please telephone 07 3163 1760 Monday to Friday, 7.30 am to 4.30 pm Referrals for all patients can be sent direct to the department via fax on 07 3163 1767.

• Community Health Centres
• Home-based service providers
• Allied health professionals
• Family members
• Patient self-referrals
