Mater at Home

The Mater at Home team provides home and community-based Allied Health and Nursing services to both adult and adolescent patients.

The service is flexible and provides a rapid response to residents that live within a 40 km radius from the South Brisbane campus. Please refer to the table below for an outline of services provided.

Mater at Home can provide community-based and in-home access to: 

• Dietetics
• Nursing
• Occupationsal Therapy
• Physiotherapy
• Psychology
• Social Work
• Speech Pathology
• Mater Aged Placement Service (MAPS).

Mater at Home accepts referrals from many sources including:

Mater at Home provides a range of services under a variety of funding models.
