Dr Anthony Chau is an Australian Neurosurgeon with an interest in general cranial neurosurgery and minimally invasive spine surgery.
Dr Chau's training included several years in Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide and Perth. After graduating from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons neurosurgical training program in 2021, he completed a fellowship in minimally invasive spine surgery at Mater Adult Hospital and spine trauma at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane.
His qualifications include an undergraduate medical degree with honours (University of NSW), Masters of Surgery (Macquarie University) and a Masters of Applied Anatomy (Neuroanatomy) by Dissection (University of New England).
Dr Chau continues to keep up to date with technical developments through regular conferences and surgical dissection workshops. He now dedicates his time to patients at Mater Private Hospital Brisbane and Mater Adult Hospital, as well as consulting fortnightly in the Mater Health Centre Redland sessional suites.
