Pregnancy is an incredibly transformative time in a woman’s life and Dr Ajita understands that the physical and emotional aspects of this time can be equally exciting and overwhelming. She is dedicated to being a part of this journey with you and will ensure you and your family feel safe, respected and well informed in a nurturing environment through your pregnancy, delivery and post natally.

Dr Ajita is also trained to provide pre-conception counselling and gynaecological consultations. She has particular interest and expertise to help with abnormal cervical screening tests, menstrual disorders, polycystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis and pelvic pain. She prides herself on providing personalised, comprehensive care and will work with you to create a treatment plan that is tailored to your needs.

Dr Ajita has spent most of her life in Brisbane and completed her medical training throughout some of the largest hospitals in Queensland. She is also bi-lingual and is fluent in English and Bengali.

When Dr Ajita is not at work, she enjoys adventures with her husband and fur-baby, reading a good book at the beach and travelling.
