Biography

Dr David Morgan has been in private practice localised in Ipswich and Western Suburbs of Brisbane since 1993.
 
He is locally educated, graduating from University of Queensland completing Surgical and Orthopaedic Fellowships.  Post Graduate training in sports medicine and joint replacement was supervised by Dr Mervyn Cross at North Sydney, Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine.  
Presentations have been requested at National and International meetings.
 
Dr Morgan is dedicated to offering his patients with the latest in digital surgery by using Zimmer Biomet’s ROSA® Knee System for total knee replacement, where appropriate. Robotic-assisted procedures are generally less invasive.
 
Current interests continue in sports related arthroscopic surgery of the knee and shoulder.  His main practice relates to replacement of hip and knee – using Robotic technology.
 
He has appointments at Mater Private Hospital Springfield and attends public patients at Ipswich General Hospital.
